Internal Force Fitness
( 1 hour )
This fitness class will improve your concentration, strength, co-ordination, balance, fitness, flexibility, stress relief and weight loss by regularly practising the traditional Chinese internal force and Tai Chi like exercises such as Bad Dun Gem, Gu Yun Gung, Yig Gen Ging and Min Lei Zem.

Junior Self Defense
Ideal for 7-17 years old. Basic skills such as different ways of punching, kicking, stance and foot work will be taught from the beginning to gradually mastering more complicated forms and applying practical techniques to effective self defense.
從基本功學起:如各類拳種,踢腳,扎馬和步法等。進而學習拳套,散手及實際有效的自衛術。最適合年齡7歲至17歲者
Internal/External Force Self Defense
This martial art has soft style (internal force fist), hard style (external force fist) and weaponry techniques (such as swords, broads swords, spears and staff). Regardless of what you learn, you will definitely achieve fitness, fortitude, self discipline, self confidence and most of all self defense.
內外功兼修:內功如八段錦,固元功,易筋經,白鶴功和棉裏針等;外功如基本拳腳,步法進退,拳套,散手對拆及簡單直接的自衛術。兵器訓練有白虎刀,三十六槍,盤馬劍和金剛棒等
